The form asks for your name, email address, organisation, event type, preferred date and message. You choose which programme details to include. Do not include medical or other sensitive personal information.
Purpose and retention
We use this information to answer your request, prepare a proposal and take steps towards a possible agreement at your request. We retain it for as long as necessary for this purpose. Statutory retention periods may apply to bookings.
Service providers
Your enquiry is emailed to info@veluwsepoort.nl. Our hosting and email providers process data to operate the website and email service. We do not sell your data.
Security and technical data
We use HTTPS, validation and sending limits. Temporary timestamps and pseudonymised technical identifiers help limit spam; the enquiry text is not stored there. Old technical files are cleared on subsequent requests.
Cookies and preferences
This site has no analytics, advertising trackers or external AI chat. Necessary browser storage holds your programme selection and theme for this tab and is cleared after successful submission. Your contact details are not stored there.
Your rights
